I understand that participation in flamenco dance classes involves physical activity and may include movement, stretching, footwork, and other dance-related activities. I understand that, as with any physical activity, there is a possibility of injury.

I understand the nature of the activities and agree to assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation, to the extent permitted by law.
